Panel Haus What does Panel Haus store about you, and who owns what you make?
You own everything you make, we do not train on it or sell it, and we can delete it on request. The one thing we cannot delete is work you chose to register as IP on a public blockchain. Here is what is stored, where, and who sees it.

You own what you make. Panel Haus claims no rights to your comics, does not use your prompts or your artwork to train AI models, and does not sell or license them to anyone. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your work with it. The one exception is work you have chosen to register as IP on a public blockchain, which nobody can un-publish.
That is the short version, and it is also what our terms and privacy policy say, so this post is a plain reading of those two pages rather than a separate promise.
Who owns the work
The terms put it in one line: you own your content. You keep every intellectual property right in it, you can publish it, sell it or print it however you like, and the only permission we take is the one needed to host and display it inside the product so that the product works.

Your card number never reaches us. Stripe processes the payment and tells us the subscription status, nothing more.
Who sees your prompts
When you generate a panel, your prompt and any reference images go to Google's Gemini, which is the model that draws it. If you train a custom character model, the images you selected for it are sent to fal.ai to produce it. Those providers handle content under their own terms, which the privacy policy links to.
Nothing you type or make is sent to analytics. We use Google Analytics to see which features get opened and where people stop, and it identifies a browser rather than a person. It never receives your email, your wallet address, your prompts or your project names.
Deleting things
- A project you trash is permanently removed after 30 days.
- Your account is deleted on request, by our team rather than a button, and it can take up to 30 days. It removes your account record, your projects and files, your prompts and chats, and your usage history. It is permanent.
- Two things survive deletion. Payment records, because tax law requires it. And anything you registered as IP, which is the next section.
Cancelling a subscription and deleting an account are separate. Cancel first if you want both; cancelling is instant and you do it yourself from your account.
The one thing we cannot delete
Panel Haus lets you register a finished work as intellectual property. Doing that publishes the work to IPFS and records it on a public blockchain, from your own wallet, with the licence terms you picked. It is entirely optional and nothing is published unless you open that window and confirm the transaction yourself.
Once it is done, it is public and it is permanent. We can delete our own copy; we cannot remove anything from IPFS or from the chain, and neither can anyone else. Everywhere else in the policy you can ask us to delete your data and we will. This is the one place the answer is no, and the policy says so before you use the feature.
What we do not collect
No card numbers. No content sent to analytics. No data knowingly collected from children under the age in the policy, and immediate deletion if we find any.
If any of this changes, the privacy policy changes first and carries the date it did.
